We will provide you with a free postage label via email so you can send your receipt at no cost. Just contact us by email and we’ll send you the prepaid shipping label right away!

⚠️ Please note: Submitted original receipts will not be returned, as they are retained for verification and research purposes.

We strongly recommend that you keep a scanned copy or photo of your receipt for your personal records,especially in case you need it later for brand warranty or after-sales service (A/S).
