The products and services displayed on this site are customized upon customer request, and availability may fluctuate in real-time.

3. Formation of Contract
When a customer submits an inquiry form for products or purchasing services, we review the request and provide a quote and terms.
Once the customer agrees to the terms and makes the payment, the contract is formed.
This contract is governed by UK law.

4. Payment and Fees
All payments are charged in GBP (£), and a clear quote will be provided before payment.
The purchasing service fee varies depending on the product type, difficulty, and brand, and will be communicated in advance.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (Incoterms: EXW or FOB may apply).

5. Shipping and Customs
We ship via international courier services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
The delivery time generally takes 3-10 days, but delays may occur due to courier services or local circumstances.
The customer is deemed to have accepted the customs regulations and tax obligations of the destination country.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of custom sourcing and overseas purchasing, cancellations or refunds are generally not possible after payment.
However, if the product is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the request due to our circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
In case of product defects or wrong shipments, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to proceed with exchanges or partial refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the following, to the extent permitted by law:

  • Loss of profits, opportunities, or credit

  • Customs delays, customs seizures, or local shipping delays

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics
