1. Request Process

• Report within 48 hours of receiving item with photo evidence

• Due to the nature of luxury/limited goods, returns due to change of mind are not accepted

2. Accepted Returns/Exchanges

• Wrong item or clear defects

• Unused and in original packaging

3. Not Accepted

• Damage caused by customer

• Cancellation after order placement for proxy purchases

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days

• We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations
